Felt very unwelcomed no customer service blow dry was almost what I had when I walked in. No offer of Tea or coffee eventually I asked for water came in a wine glass dripping wet.
Far from the luxurious experience I thought it would be. Felt robbed of £38.00.
Won’t be going there again.

Very welcoming and peaceful place. Giuliano was exceptional. I asked for a professional long haircut and the result was great, with attention to detail. I will definitely go again!

Really great overall. Only thing I would say is that my curly blow dry didn’t last more than 12 hours. This is what my hair usually does which I told Vitoria so would be nice if next time some trick can be done for it to last longer (if possible)
