The staff are polite and amiable when you enter, offer to take your coat and bring you some water if you like. The space itself is clean and neat. Delphine was my stylist. She was on time, spent a minute to discuss what I would like done, and then did a wonderful job with my hair. I will be returning to her for my next haircut and style!
