Probably the best blow dry I've ever had, my hair looked amazing! (I unexpectedly lucked out and had the extreamly talented Sebastien).

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!
The deal was for full head highlights, blow dry and a haircut, but I didn’t get what I paid for and left with my hair ruined.
Firstly, the website mentions a ‘senior hairstylist’, but the person who did my hair [Khadija] does not have any experience with hair colour. She started my highlights and only did half head and not full head, but she assured me that the results would be good [despite the fact I paid for full head highlights]. After washing my hair, the results were appalling: I had different tones of blond throughout the hair and the colour was just awful. My hair is naturally very dark and any professional who was used to working with colour would know that the blond was not an acceptable tone for my hair. I told her it looked very bad and she tried to fix it by putting even more bleach on my hair [which I did not accept and which has ruined the texture of my hair]. I told her the result was unacceptable and the owner [Sebastien] came to see it and agreed with me; his words were “we cannot let you leave with your hair like this”. He then started TEACHING her how to fix it and explaining her the process to blend roots and even the colour – I believe if she were a Senior Stylist she would know how to do it.
He tried to mask the results with toner and more paint, but it didn’t fix the problem at all. He kept acting like it was just a small mistake, even though my hair looked incredibly bad. They both apologised, but kept saying “it is all good, don’t worry”.
After seeing the quality of the highlights I did not accept to get a haircut, as it was clear that she wasn’t a qualified professional. The blow dry was practically non-existent: my hair was still damp when I left and they seemed to be fine with it. The owner never offered to give me the money back, he only said “I won’t charge for the tonner” – which was the minimum, considering I didn’t even get the full service I paid for. Had to go to another hairdresser to get my hair fixed, as I couldn’t go out from my house with the results from Sebastien Hair Saloon. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!
