I was 15mins earlier than scheduled but they didn’t keep me waiting. Vicky did a great job with my haircut she knows what to do with what i want very happy with outcome. She’s very pleasant. The only thing I didn’t like was the Shu Uemura treatment was only for 10mins hot towel wrap. Other than that, loved the service and ambience.
