cancelled my appointment without my consent after they had initially agreed to rebook me because I was 10 mins late - they charged me in full. Manager was unreasonable and rude, I'd been a loyal customer too.

Very disappointed how they started to treat their loyal clients! Atmosphere is not good, arrogant people. Very very disappointing... Only Vicky is doing good job however not sure if I’m coming back.

I was originally booked in with a different stylist and wasn't told when I arrived that this had changed. I was sat down for the treatment without any introduction or questions about what I wanted. I came in for a pretty drastic cut (about 6 inches off and a restyle) but she didn't seem to want to spend any time on it. She barely looked at the pics I'd brought with and didn't listen when I said I didn't want a fringe or a blunt bob (what I ended up with). Barely spoke throughout. V. disappointed
