I am a regular client of the Salon and have been going there for several years and have always left delighted. The stylists are usually real perfectionists and advise me on what is best for my hair. It usually takes an hour but this time I was out in 35 minutes and left feeling I had had a trim with none of the precision of previous cuts. I am wondering whether it was because I booked through Treatwell therefore the profit was less or whether this experience was a one off disappointment.
