As always the experience I received at this salon was exceptional. Initially one of the more junior members of staff welcomed me, remembering my name and made me comfortable ready for Elise. Throughout the appointment Elise recommended and checked what I required for my hair. Elise is caring, skilful and is very aware of what is happening in other areas of the salon, stepping in to assist if necessary, but never making another staff member or clients, feel uncomfortable. Highly recommended.
