I always have an amazing experience here! Alex is the best hairdresser I've ever had and I trust her completely.
I always walk out of the salon feeling fantastic be it after a quick cut and blow dry or full colour treatment!

It was very busy, so as soon as I got there and said what I want the hairdresser told me there won't be enough time because I have a lot of hair (something I spec mentioned over the phone). After she called the manager and discussed between themselves refering to me in 3rd person as if I was not there. I felt like just somwthing they have to do really quickly. Maybe that's why the end result was not even near the photo I showed, cut or color wise. Very bad experience, would not recommend.
