Olivia was my stylist, she was fantastic - she really knew what to do with my hair, given that it’s really (really) long, part coloured, and we’ve worked out a long term plan to get it where I want to be. She’s lovely and friendly, can’t fault.

First of all, the stylist was not available at the booked time and the receptionist was not even remotely embarassed by the situation. Instead, she told us in a rather pushy way that there was no direct link between TW and their own booking system - as if this was somehow our fault. She told us to come 30 min later, which derailed the rest of the day making us latr for the event. The stylist has ignored our request for big and curly hair making it look very flat and only curled at the ends. It looked like a home made blow dry.
