I had booked in for roots, I had said I wanted dark brown dye on my roots, the colourist said but your hair is black” I said I know but I want to gradually move away from black and go dark brown by coming every so often for root colouring of dark brown. He said ok so I thought he understood. However he put jet black dye on my hair, didn’t even ask me which shade or tone just came out and put it on. Once it was dried I thought surely he didn’t put black so I still gave a tip and left and thought I’d try in different lights and ask friends but no, it’s definitely black so I’m really upset as I had let my hair grow out quite a bit and if I wanted black I would have just done a box dye for cheaper but the whole point was I wanted to gradually go to dark brown instead.

It was lovely. The cut is just want I wanted. It was a restyle. I would recommend this place.
