Today I was disappointed - I waited 10 mins because there was backlog after someone had a late appointment. Between clients, there was no grace period for her to clean the bed and for me to undress in private. She didn't let me wash my hands and told me to use sanitiser after I cleaned myself. I also felt very rushed to leave the site even though there was 15 minutes left in my booked time. Lastly, pricing seems high for a homebased business.
