Welcoming and pleasant lady.
Didn’t cause any discomfort.
Only thing I didn’t like was being by the window with people passing by looking & people waiting on the sofa very close proximity, made me feel a bit uncomfortable watching- just pleased I was brave & didnt embarrass myself!
Won’t stop me returning though

Deena was amazing at what she did. I was so nervous and thought my wax would be painful. I found myself smiling and chatting away. No pain at all, she was so gentle and professional and before I realised it was over. I could not believe it was so painless and quick. Will be going back all the time. I would definitely recommend this beauty spa.
