Jenna always does my hair but on this occasion there was thick brown dye all round my head and was very noticeable I didn’t notice till 5 mins after I left and looked in the mirror.i called the salon and they asked me to go back up and they used stain remover, it came off but was thick product not just the normal staining you get.i think the girl who washes the hair needs more training as I have been many times before and this has never happened.lucky Jenna could fix it and save my night out
