This was only my second visit, all the staff I have met so far have been friendly and helpful and I have felt at ease. Katie is lovely, very friendly, she listens, she is interested and was very patient with me showing her pictures of the look I am after! My hair is straight and very fine but Katie has done a lovely cut, I am really pleased.
