Therapist wasn't even there when I arrived, despite the fact I'd booked 2 days previously. Lied and said she would be 5-10 minutes, after 25 minutes waiting I left as she still hadn't arrived. Don't waste your time.

The staff are very welcoming however the picture on the Treatwell website of the salon itself isn't very accurate, the whole place could do with a good clean, didn't want to leave my bag on the floor as it was full of hair and dust.
I got a root tint which was good and I'm happy with the result, I also got a trim which was fine... my fringe was cut and when I got home and restyled myself you could see it wasn't blended very well but over all it was just a small trim which did the job.
Overall, just a clean up of the salon would go a long way.
