I booked a pedicure through Treatwell. Arrived on time. I stood there for a minute and was not acknowledged. When I asked is any one wa there for my appointment, the lady said no. She said she didn’t even check the Treatwell app for her online bookings and there was no one there to provide the service I booked. It was a complete waste of time and terrible service. The salon was messy. I would never return. The lady didn’t even apologise for the waste of my time.
