Poor freezing Cold room payed for an hour massage was cut short at 40
Mins bright none relaxing at all, the girls phone was ringing whilst I tried to relax as she was waiting for the school to ring her, left the salon very unhappy also felt like the lady had never done a real massage again ! Overall very unhappy asked for a refund and was told no, will never go back here again which is very sad as I’ve been to Scouse bird salon on dunningsbridge road numerous time and the massage was lovely! Discusted with the none response or refund even partial due to my time being cut by 20 mins ! Never againn
