I booked to have a balayage at this Salon, I had natural brown hair and wanted some soft highlights throughout my hair whilst keeping my hair predominantly brown. I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair to look. She completely ignored my request and dyed my hair completely with a brassy blonde colour, nothing like what I asked for! Really disappointed with the service I received.
