It was the first –and only- time I visited the salon. Scott was very welcoming and friendly. I explained what I wanted, and he seemed to understand it. We had a nice chat but the problem is I got a really bad haircut. He only asked at the end if I was happy with what he had done, and I was too shy to speak up. The blowdry also left my hair flat and the waves had disappeared by the time I got home. To be fair, things might have been better if I had spoken up. Not going back, unfortunately.
