Staff were lovely and the place was very clean. But when having my hair done, the wash was very quick and rushed, didn't feel relaxed and not rubbed into the hair like a head message like I've always had. When cutting we talked about before hand what I wanted but I've come away with not what I wanted. It's the same as I went in jsut trimmed the ends. I asked for layers which I don't have, and quite a bit of length cut off which hasn't been done. Would not recommend!!

The staff were pleasant enough but my hair was cut incredibly badly, I did return to the salon for an issue I saw immediately after leaving and the staff were very pleasant and helpful but the hairstyle was fundamental wrong. I asked for a complete restyle to a pixie cut from a longish bob. I now look like a reject from a boy band during the 1990s with my curtain style hairstyle!!! I found uncut hairs down the back of my neck, also the layers are very obvious and clunky after the first wash. It looks awful. I'm booking into another salon to get this mess sorted asap. This is the worst hair cut I have ever had. Really disappointed.
The manager did contact me to arrange to fix the mistake but then proceeded to tell me the cut was technically correct! She redid my hair but ignored the fact was super thick and blunt cut it. Not ideal.
