I arrived on time and my stylist came over shortly after and told me she was running about 15 minutes late. About 45 minutes after it was due to start one of the young members of staff came and sat me down in one of the chairs, my first interaction with any staff during this time. It wasn't till about an hour after my appointment should've started did my stylist come over to start my appointment. She did a dry cut instead of the full wash & blow dry I paid for, but I was glad to be out of there.

I was left waiting half an hour for my appointment with no one coming and telling me what was going on. When I finally got seen there was no apology or sense that anything was wrong. I then had a very awkward haircut with absolutely no conversation made.
