When first arriving at the salon I won’t lie I was nervous due to previous bad experiences. However when Jack come over to offer a cup of tea and made conversation I quickly felt at ease. After waiting about 20/25 mins I got guided over so Shelley, who was a complete professional and really welcoming making conversation the whole time. The only negative I have is that I was there for just over 5 hours which meant I needed to cancel some plans but otherwise a great experience!

Lauren is absolutely gorgeous, really friendly and chatty and even corrected my cut free of charge. Hair was sleek and shiny and lasted right through to the next day. First time here and definitely won’t be my last. 5 star rating.

Prepaid 2 slots for the same time so both girls can get their hair washed. Arrival I said I had an appointment with Lizzie & Jack, Jack came over to tell me Lizzie isn’t in, so he would be doing both cuts. No apology or a call about their mess up. During the cut Jack got told to answer the phone, he was on the phone for 5 mins while my daughter was sat waiting, regular customers were loving themselves with a brew, I or my kids didn’t get offered anything, overall I won’t ever becoming back.

Now don’t get me wrong Jack was lovely but he should not be cutting peoples hair I don’t know how much training he has had but it’s not enough my hair is a complete mess everything I wanted done I had to literally fight with him for he has no idea how to cut short hair and I will now have to go elsewhere to try and rescue my hair appreciate training but no layers nothing I’m left with a mess of bulky hair which is a tiny bit shorter then what I went in with and looks awful
