Booked via Treatwell, went in for patch test at 12:15 asked to move my appt to a later time, I was unable to. Salon advised it was OK to still turn up at time booked. Then an hour after my patch test an email was sent asking for card details (no problem) followed by another email stating my booking was cancelled! Both sent at 13:15! So, I obviously dodged a bullet as this salon/stylist is hugely unprofessional.
Really happy greeting even though I was a little late. Chatted to me about whst I wanted, asked to see pictures. My description of what I wanted was a bit jumbled, but Amy got it spot on. Will definitely be going back.
Worst blow dry I’ve ever had and worse overall salon experience. Tried to discuss this with Amy who did my hair and the manager on few occasions and been ignored. My hair was left frizzy and limp for my birthday after my blow dry here and had to be re done at home last minute myself. Amy was 30 mins late and passed me to an inexperienced junior stylist half way through the appointment.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually know how to style hair and have some level of customer service
