I booked the treatment on the same day and then wasn’t able to make it due to a family emergency so asked if I could move the appt. (Given if had been made on the same day and there were lots of slots, i didn’t think this would be a problem). No discussion just got a blunt reply saying no.
Conversely I had a nail appt. around the corner and they without question moved the slot and I’m off for that session today.
Poor communication and unreasonable.
