Lovely, friendly and convenient location*. I don't really like going for a haircut actually (and I'm very bad at describing what I want when I get there), so finding a place which makes things stress-free is important to me, and having patient and thoughtful staff is a big part of this.
*I'm actaully moving out of the area soon, but as evidence of my satisfaction, I'll probably travel back in when needed to keep going to this place!
