The customer service was really good. I came in hoping to get a consultation for my hair as the reviews said but I kind of got it after the hair wash, however it wasn’t as in-depth as I wanted it to be. My hairdresser was really attentive and she really made me feel comfortable. Near the end of my haircut, I felt like it was a bit rushed since there was another customer waiting. I just had a wash, trim with layers, and a blow dry, which I don’t think was worth £30+ since I’ve been to other places with the same result. However, overall it was good but not sure if I’ll come back since it’s quite pricey.
