The woman used a tweezer to tidy my eyebrows even though I booked waxing. She also didn’t wipe off excess dye from the tinting, leaving me with very visible frames on the skin around my eyebrows. This has never happened before when I’ve had my brows done. When I pointed out that I didn’t want to leave with visible marks of dark dye around my brows, I was given some cotton to wipe it off myself. The brows look nice now - but not a great experience overall.
