I had a 1hr Wash, Cut and Blow-dry appointment booked and prepaid for at 12.30 specially because of the rating and reviews for this salon. However my appointment only started at 1pm as the hairdresser was busy with a another client, and I didn’t have any problem till then as seeing the time and effort being taken I assumed I would get the same service. When it was finally my turn, my only request was to cut off all my split ends regardless of how much length has to be taken off as I have long hair.
After rushing my appointment into just 30 minutes for reasons unknown and asking the hairdresser 3 times to cut some more as I could still see split ends which will just makes things worse for me (something a hairdresser should know better) I received the response ‘that it would be good to cut another 10cms however maybe next time’.
So yes, it was very disappointing experience. As I was expecting a decent haircut and not just a trim that had me leaving the salon still with splits ends.
