Not an enjoyable experience. The hairdresser was 35 minutes late to cut my hair, partly because she was finishing with another client but then spent a lot of time taking calls on her mobile and then barely apologised. The haircut then felt rushed and she didn’t even show what it looked like from the back which should be a basic part of any haircut.
