Quick and silent is efficient, but Martin's lack of response whenever I said anything made me feel like I wasn't being listened to. I don't like to talk much either but this silence was deafening. The cut is fine.

I had a really good cut and highlights from Andreas. The blonde was very natural and well applied - and he chose a good toner that was not an additional charge to the cut and highlights package I'd bought. I also had a big chop (from over the shoulder to short bob on curly hair) which I was a bit nervous about - but he did a great job. Will definitely be back!
