I arrived to a very chaotic salon! Far too many bookings for the number of seats and staff were running around 30 minutes behind.
I asked for a bouncy blow dry - which in my previous experience at numerous salons has been done with a round brush.... the stylist proceeded to just blast my hair (no brush) with the dryer. This left my hair matted and I had to point out that I couldn’t even run my fingers through my hair because it was so knotted!
I then stated how bizarre this was and the he changed to the round brush. The overall product was okay but absolutely no volume at the roots or mid sections of my hair and as soon as I stepped outside it tangled so easily!
