How do you tell the absolutely lovely hairdresser who spent hours on your balayage that it's nowhere near the colour you asked for?I asked for a dark blonde balayage and my hair is all a brown colour apart from two caramel pieces at the front.I called the next day(today)explained and asked if she could rectify it and I was told no,but to buy head and shoulders and the colour will fade after 20 washes.I spent £160 and almost 5 hours in that salon,I'm soo sad and disappointed,genuinely so unhappy.
