I know that the COVID rules have changed but I would appreciated if the staff would have wore a mask. So I didn't feel very safe. The staff is kind and the salon very nice though. The cut I had was not very bad, it is a very standard cut without feelings. What bothered me is the bangs. The woman who did my hair was clearly not able to cut curtain bangs and the result is catastrophic and totally asymmetric.

I'm absolutely delighted with Monica's transformation of my 'bleached blonde with grey roots' hair! She has such a calm and reassuring presence and is a fantastic professional, with excellent attention to detail throughout colour, cut and styling.
