Appt at 13:05, wasn’t seen until 13:30 with no apology for the delay. The next client waiting for the same stylist received an apology for delay and was offered a beverage and sweets, whilst we were offered nothing by the stylist. Terrible service.

I had my pedicure done before with Scissors and Nails and was always very happy but this time I had the best experience with Liuba- she was very gentle, thorough and precise but also welcoming and just lovely. I went the next day to have my manicure done with her and I have definitely found a new Nail Technician that I will trust and will be returning to see again. Thank you Liuba for my lovely holidays nails😊
