I came in with a disastrous choppy cut because I donated my hair and had to cut it at home. I came out with a gorgeous bob that I have been complimented on every day since! She was very confident in styling my thick hair and managed to keep most of the length despite the uneven cut I came in with. She was a perfectionist with making it even and took her time to make sure it was exactly right before sending me off.
