We had a very bad experience and would not recommend this hairdresser. I booked the appointment for my elderly mother, prepaid for shampoo, restyle cut and blow dry. The hairdresser used razor to reduce the length of my mother’s hair, which I found weird as I was expecting scissors. Over mid way through her haircut, the hairdresser asked us to pay a £10 surcharge because my mum had too much hair?!?! She is 81 years old Chinese lady. Surely it is illegal to impose a surcharge during the haircut.
