My daughter and I recently visited The Escape Spa at the Hilton Cardiff for a facial and back neck and shoulder massage, I was not sure what to expect but both my daughter and I were delighted with our treatments and the exceptional staff! We would definitely return and recommend The Escape Spa!
I had a back massage, facial and leg treatment. I enjoyed the facial the most - I've had facials in the past where a pack has been left on your face whilst the therapist leaves the room, which is not good! My therapist at The Escape spa continued to work on me by giving my shoulders and neck a rub and also gave me an unbelievable scalp massage! I would definitely recommend!!
very well looked-after and my eyebrows and lash tint including a tidy-up was one of the best ever. remember to request a patch test at a separate appointment before you go
I was impressed by being welcomed with a handshake,very unusual in this day and age! A very good treatment , which was not rushed , even though I was on a budget deal!
At the end of our visit we were wished an enjoyable rest of our day. Again little personal words like this go a long way in making you feel your coustom was importnat.
Not a bad manicure but did not last very long.
Also not much attention paid to shaping the nail and removing the cuticles although my hands were placed into wax heated gloves which made my hands soft and lovely.
