The massage itself was really good. There was some confusion over payment however. The Treatwell confirmation hadn't come through to the spa. It would have been good if Treatwell had of sent this in advance or the spa staff had checked this directly with Treatwell. Unfortunately this reduced my relaxation somewhat. Great therapeutic massage as usual however!

The treatments themselves were good, however there was a constant sales patter throughout about their products which was far from relaxing. Furthermore an hour treatment was actually less than 45 minutes. Brighton has much better spas to offer so there's no need to go here!

The experience was overall really nice, my sister and I had a lovely time. The jacuzzi in the spa was unavailable for half the time we were there which was disappointing as wanted to spend a lot more time in it.
