⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Preet was amazing! She did my hair, eyebrow threading, hair massage, and face massage. My hair was very tangled, but she was so patient and took her time to gently detangle it without rushing. She made me feel comfortable throughout and paid great attention to detail. My eyebrows look perfect, my hair feels amazing, and the massages were so relaxing. Thank you, Preet, for your kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Booked & then received text asking me to call to book patchtest. Rang several times, messaged on WhatsApp & they responded 4 mins before appointment. I called straight away & they continued to message. Appointment was missed & I couldn't reschedule.

I was a bit confused at first as I’d booked in advance for a blow dry, but my appointment had been moved when I arrived. Since I was already there, it was inconvenient. I came back at 12:30 as suggested and got it then. Overall, the experience was okay. Wishing them all the best with the reopening and hope it’s a success.
