Booked & then received text asking me to call to book patchtest. Rang several times, messaged on WhatsApp & they responded 4 mins before appointment. I called straight away & they continued to message. Appointment was missed & I couldn't reschedule.

I was a bit confused at first as I’d booked in advance for a blow dry, but my appointment had been moved when I arrived. Since I was already there, it was inconvenient. I came back at 12:30 as suggested and got it then. Overall, the experience was okay. Wishing them all the best with the reopening and hope it’s a success.
