I booked a back, neck shoulder massage as I've been having shoulder/neck issues and the last time I had this at the venue it must have been with a different therapist as the experience was very different. On the previous occasion it was very targeted, she clicked my back I felt great afterwards. On this occasion the therapist started massaging my calves, I had to tell her the area to focus and I didn't really get much shoulder massage, it also finished a few minutes early

Sadly an overall awful experience - it felt so unclean in the room, they gave us no time to get ready and barged straight into the room despite us asking if we could have a few more moments, the therapists spoke to each other throughout the whole session, they finished early, and completely ignored any request in regard to pressure. One of the therapists also stood on my back without asking which was extremely uncomfortable and painful
