I had to wait 30 minutes for my treatment as a late client had thrown out the system. It would have been nice to have been told prior to arriving as this meant I was late for dinner plans. Overall very relaxing regardless, clean and exactly what I needed.

Another brilliant massage, this place is consistently the best in London. Also the couples room now has two beds rather than one on the floor so it's fantastic.
