I booked a 45 minute back, neck and shoulders massage and explained that I was experiencing pain in my back and neck. However, approximately the first 10 minutes were spent using knees and body weight on the backs of my legs, followed by my glutes. My legs were already sore from exercising, and I also have knee problems, which made this particularly uncomfortable.I was not asked about injuries, medical conditions, sensitive areas or whether this level of pressure was suitable. My most recent hot stone massage here was awful. I've been to Sawasdee a few times and it's been good, but this therapist was terrible. Poor technique, I was over-exposed on several occasions, and she left the room twice to answer her phone, leaving the door open while she was gone.
