I didn’t get the warm friendly welcome I expected. A voice came from nowhere telling me to remove shoes & socks. I had no idea that was meant for me. I got undressed I was left without a towel or gown for a good few minutes, I was freezing. I’ve had better hot stone massages, it was just average. The tissue paper that was used for removing the excess oil was harsh on my skin. The masseuse was abrupt in her tone when she spoke to me. Think she was having a bad day. I don’t need to return
