The reception we got was really poor as the first thing they said was that they couldn't take us for a massage at the time we had booked. And told us to come back in an hour. And they what an apology or discount. I think there was a problem with the treat well sir that what connected to their booking system, so maybe check/book by phone. The entrance through the restaurant is smelly but the actual massage was great.

The overall experience was so poor, we had to leave during the massage. We tried to reach out for a refund, they stopped replying. We tried to reach Treatwell, the emails bounced back. So we have no escalated it to Paypal to get a refund. Awful experience overall. Would not recommend it to anyone. Neither Sawadee nor Treatwell

Very promising start when asked if I wanted massage medium or hard and then after my response (very hard) all just went down the hill. I got first few hard presses and then just random stroking (which I hate) for about 45 minutes. After that I was randomly left with towel on my face and I didn’t understand weather to get up or what. After 5 minutes of confusion I got up to check time and yes my 60 minutes was up. It was Mother’s Day gift from my eldest daughter and unfortunately it was a miss
