Can't fault it. The perfect way to escape for 90 mins and come out feeling refreshed and ironed out. The knots of tension had been skilfully needed away. Would definitely recommend.

I go to Sabera regularly for 60 min deep tissue massage. With a bit more time on my hands at the start of the holiday season I treated myself to 90 minutes this time, and it was really worth it. It allowed for more time to do some stretching work that my body really needed. Highly recommended
