About
Hello, my name is Mandy and I am a holistic therapist based in Gomersal, Cleckheaton, covering the Gomersal, Cleckheaton, Birstall, Batley, Liversedge, Heckmondiwke, Brighouse and Scholes area. 3 For a large part of my adult life I have suffered from an anxiety condition called Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. In a bid to manage this I have reaslised the importance of looking after my wellbeing. I practice yoga, mindfulness, meditation and physical fitness. I am passionate about supporting other people and I have a deep level of empathy for anyone who is struggling mentally or physically. Having never had the confidence before to train as a therapist, I now have the self-belief that I can make a difference to people's lives and help them with their wellbeing. I love the philosophy of Ayurveda and the benefits that massage and reiki can bring, I want people to feel the benefits of these amazing treatments themselves and empower others to have self-belief like I do now. I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together.
