The pool and sauna/steam room were nice as were the gym facilities. Staff were pleasant and the therapist was lovely. Treatment was relaxing. Overall had a really great day. I was disappointed with the afternoon tea, although I think this was provided by hotel and not Savannah.

I have been to this salon for Brazilian and Hollywood waxing a lot over the past few years. The girls are always very friendly - Chelsea did my waxing this time. She was efficient and made me feel at ease. The room we were in was unfortunately very warm and it did cause a problem with the wax drying - took a lot longer than normal and was a bit painful. As I have said in ever review the rooms need to be refurbished, they are not very nice, however I will continue to use as it is handy for work and I can go in my lunch hour.

despite not having received the correct confirmation from treatwell and being really busy that day staff at the spa completed both treatments booked for that day. They were very apologetic even though it was not their error. thank you
