As this was the first ever venue in Glasgow I visited for a treatment (prior to moving to the city) I really wanted to give full marks for everything.
However I think the beauty room I was in is looking very tired and drab, could definitely do with a lick of paint and general brightening up. Cleanliness was fine other than a scrunched up flannel (presumably from a previous treatment) left out in full view of where I was being waxed.
Overall the waxing was very good and the therapist was lovely and friendly.

I was in the main room which is much nicer and bigger than the one by the swimming pool this time. As always great staff and great wax finish.

Very happy with waxing, room I was in was very warm as it was close to the swimming pool, made it a bit uncomfortable. Staff very pleasant.
