I booked soak off shellac removal, but the therapist removed my previous shellac was with a drill. The institute was not very clean. I would not recommend.

20 minutes late, when I arrived no one even let me know they were late + no hygiene at all on the tools (I don’t even know if they are sterilised), not to mention they were not wearing face masks. Last but not least the manicurists hurt me as my nails where really sensitive and she kept pushing with the removal machine. Not recommended at all!
